Almost every enquiry arrives in one of eight recurring question areas. Each area page maps the territory: what gets asked, which documents decide it, and where the evidence usually falls short.
The areas are reference material, not sales pages — read them to sharpen a question before sending it, or to understand why the paperwork you have is not quite answering it.

An evidence area describes the recurring questions and the documents that usually decide them. When one question in an area demands the full treatment — all the evidence, weighted, with calibrated conclusions — it becomes an investigation. Where a product sits behind an area's questions, the product knowledge records hold the product-specific side.
