Everything here is organised by how you want to read, not by what we want to sell. It grows as investigations complete — no publishing schedule is promised, and nothing publishes before its evidence is ready.
An Investigation takes a question the industry argues about and puts the full evidence base to it. A Bench Evidence Note is tighter and more editorial — a single evidence question, worked through end to end. The two families number independently: an Investigation completing does not mean the next Evidence Note is next in its sequence, or the reverse.
